On Completion of Flooring & Tiles 5%
On Completion of Exterior Plaster 5%
At the time of offer of Possession (Two months before possession) 5% + IFMS+ LEASE RENT + Other charges

In case the booking is done at an advanced stage of construction the Customer will pay all the amount up to the construction stage within 45 days of Booking.
